One app, two experiences, a dealer dashboard and an admin panel.

Every screen and state for the full build: iOS/Android app (Dealer + Buyer), the dealer web dashboard (desktop, tablet, mobile web) and the admin panel. Each file is a pan-and-zoom canvas; screen IDs (e.g. D-09, from the Screens Spec) are for reference in feedback.

Out of scope (per proposal)In-app payments, checkout or escrow · buyer web marketplace · channels beyond eBay, Instagram, Facebook and X. The UI states this where buyers or dealers might expect otherwise (offer accepted, sign-in, ask dealer).
PlaceholdersCoin and slab imagery are CSS metal placeholders. Third-party channels use neutral monogram tiles, not their logos. Names, prices and population figures are sample data.
